It has been a while since we have been here and as usual it did not disappoint. This really is a pocket paradise, a place to escape the hecticness of day-tp-day life. Thank you for having us again and the offerstill stands: we will gladly be full-time lodgers at the drop of a hat!

Our stay is a wedding present from our children and they couldn't have picked a better spot. Sitting watching the sunset in the field was perfect.

Christmas present from our daughter. A lovely well thought out Shepherd's Hut. Enjoyed the relaxing vibe.

Before we arrived here we went to Wells to see if we could spot a kingfisher and a few minutes later one flew past us - twice! After that we came back and I was in awe of the lovely surroundings. When we woke up the next day a green woodpecker was in the garden and I've never seen one so close.

This was our second stay here. So tranquil and pretty. We explored Frome this time and did the Peatland Walk. Always a wrench to return home.

Our first time at Mowbarton but won't be our last. Watchning the birds, rabbits and squirrels from bed in the moning was delightful. A time to treasure for ever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. A fabulous meal at The Packhorse in Mark and fleeting visits to Wells, Glastonbury, Wedmore, Cheddar and Street. All worth a trip!
